A
licensed Minister of the United Church of Religious Science, Rev.
Nick Ares has studied and practiced the Science of Mind
and Spirit since 1992. He is a graduate of Holmes Institute where
he earned a Masters of Consciousness Studies. He also earned a Masters
in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Memphis
.
Presently, Rev. Nick works as a Chaplain at Large in Northern Illinois
providing spiritual guidance, counseling and comfort to whoever
requires and desires it. He has had great success in helping people
find the causes of their discomfort or pain which usually comes
from a false belief about themselves and their relationship with
God.
Rev. Nick has assisted people in finding the hidden beliefs that
cause barriers to spiritual growth and clarity about the patterns
in their lives. These patterns are what cause the emotional and
spiritual pain we experience when we are invested with the so called
reality of the outer world.
For over 26 years, he has studied the practice of the principles
of 12 Step recovery program. He is able to blend this knowledge
with the Science of Mind and Spirit principles when working with
people in recovery.
His work as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor since 1995 has
provided him with counseling skills that he uses in his spiritual
counseling practice. But it is his intuitive style which makes him
the skilled advisor that he is. His life experiences, education
and training are resources that he uses in his counseling practice.
Rev. Nick Ares is available for private spiritual counseling sessions
in person and by phone.
